Marvin Szymkowicz has been practicing law for over 40 years. He helps families and individuals prepare and administer trusts and wills, avoid or navigate their way through probate, reduce or avoid estate and inheritance taxes, and plan for disability and incapacity. He is a member of the bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia and is active in several local bar organizations. He has served as Treasurer of the American Section of the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists.

Marvin is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected as a “SuperLawyer” in Maryland and the District of Columbia repeatedly since 2008. Marvin has a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Washington University in St. Louis and a J.D. from George Washington University.
